Gain hands on experience supporting some of Birmingham's biggest events. :leadership Corps participants build valuable workforce skills while assisting with guest services, crowd management, and event operations in a a professional team environment.
Guest Services
Welcome and assist guests, provide directions, answer questions, and help create a safe positive experience from entry to exit.
Event Support
Support event operations through crowd management, access points, line organization, venue guidance, and other assigned responsibilities.
Special Events
Get behind-the- scenes experience at concerts, sporting events, community events and other major entertainment experiences.
